What is a 3PL provider?
A 3PL (third party logistics) provider runs a company's logistics as an external partner: inbound, storage, picking, shipping and returns. RFS is a 3PL with its own warehouse in Viersen, Germany.
Who is RFS for?
Mid sized retailers, brands and importers that supply both retailers (B2B) and consumers (B2C) and have regular volume. Very small shippers with only a few orders are better served elsewhere.

Yes. RFS receives 20 and 40 ft containers, full loads (FTL), part loads (LTL) and courier shipments and can organise collection.
Can RFS deliver to discounters and retail chains?
Yes, RFS ships onward to retail partners. Delivery to fixed retailer specifications with labels, notices and pallet build is in development.
Does RFS store chilled goods?
No. RFS has no cold storage. Items with best before dates or serial numbers are possible on request via a JTL extension.
What does fulfillment with RFS cost?
Pricing is built from blocks: setup, inbound, storage per location and month, picking per order and line, shipping at carrier rates and a monthly minimum. You receive a concrete quote after the logistics check.
